I had to request daily housekeeping, and even then, I found the room lacking. The breakfast is a letdown, with only frozen bagels and cereal on hand, and the only fresh item—yogurt—was mysteriously absent for days despite being readily available in nearby supermarkets. It got pretty hot in the hallways with no air conditioning, making the experience more uncomfortable than necessary. The mattress was noticeably less comfortable than expected, causing restless nights.
